The Other Paradox was established in 2020 by Zain Kara Bernou and Kathrine Miskulin, co-founders of Paradox Coffee. The idea came from a practical need: coffee shop owners often struggle to find well-designed, functional, and affordable woodwork and design solutions that meet the demands of their space.

What started as a side project combining a passion for coffee and design has grown into a business with a dedicated workshop, now focused on offering flat-pack coffee carts, signage and interior fit out services specifically tailored to the needs of the coffee industry.

Today, Zain works alongside Oscar, a skilled carpenter, to design and build robust and intuitive products that help coffee businesses reach their full potential. Together they bring hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the industry to each piece they deliver.
